    Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2

Sennheiser won the True Wireless Round 1 when they launched their first model not only by stunning sound quality but also by fit and design. Now with this second version, expect almost double of the playback time (estimated 7 hours), a better fit with its 2mm reduction in size that counts a lot to the comfort of our ears. Did we also mention Active Noise-Cancelling? [See Product Desc. For More] Intense research has been done on their part to understand these new requirements of the daily commuters seeking quality, and we are proud to put these out fervently due to a low return rate for quality issues. When a company pays more for quality control, it really does show. Highly recommended. And also view everything else from Sennheiser here, or check out our other true wirless earbud offerings here.   ===========================================// HOW TO PAIR 1. Put them in your ears. 2. Hold flat touch surface of both earphones with your fingers simultaneously.3. You will hear "Pairing" and a beep.4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or Bluetooth device.5. Select "MOMENTUM TW".6. Pairing should be successful. 7. If pairing is not successful, put back in case to reset and try again. 8. Remember to "forget device" at the end if you're testing a demo set, so it does not confuse with your new unit when you purchase one. // NOISE-CANCELLING & AMBIENT MODE1. Ibasso IT00Ibasso IT00

    Ibasso IT00

The countdown began with the IT01 leading iBasso Audio to release this entry-level king's successor, the IT00. Headfonia highlights this dynamic driver IEM's "mellower signature and better vocals" in comparison to its predecessor... [See Tab for more]   Its spotless feel clothed in white prepares you for an uber-clean sound you'd normally expect of a statement price tag. That's ensured by IT00's overachieving thin graphene driver, Helmholtz resonator and a high magnetic flux of nearly one tesla. Major HiFi found themselves asking "why you would need anything more than this". Prime Audio Review says IT00 "has bass to die for, a full-bodied, clear midrange and a lively but sweet treble", putting it straight on his Best IEM list. Audio-PH adds that iBasso "held a practical master class for us and showed that they can design a cool thing in any price segment". View this post on Instagram A post shared by Zeppelin & Co. (@zeppelinandco) on Jun 15, 2020 at 3:22am PDT This is a great pick to begin with on your audiophile route. Twister6 loved turning these into an instantly gratifying pair of audiophile true wireless buds with iBasso's CF01 Bluetooth adapter.  Both join the rest of iBasso's hits here, while you can also browse our other earphones here.

    Sennheiser IE300Sennheiser IE300

    Sennheiser IE300

Sennheiser re-establish themselves as the brand every budding audiophile should begin with, with the launch of the IE300. Decades of heritage and expertise were poured into producing an earphone enjoyable at any level of the hobby.  A wonderful sense of mid-range space greets you. Details pour through with a real zeal, and an elevated sub-bass and treble response mixes accuracy with a sense of thrill whenever you put IE300 on. [See Product Desc. For More] "Instrumental timbre is resolved very well and often with uncanny clarity", says StereoNET. It finds itself on Headfonia's Recommended Buys list since "bass is impressive and addictive, the mid timbre is to die for and the treble is energetic". At the heart of IE300 is a 7mm dynamic driver christened XWB (Extra Wide Bandwidth). Its effects would certainly be greater than its size suggests, with a wide frequency response producing the purest form of bass down to the nether frequencies. Building XWB from an all-new, proprietary material aside, IE300 uses a special absorption Helmholtz resonator designed to cancel out any remaining distortion and stray frequencies in the tiny enclosure that makes this one of Head-Fi's best fits, bar none. There's no compressed treble and mid-range thanks to such an absorption chamber – technology like that is found all the way up in Sennheiser's HD800S. That makes IE300 a brilliant entry to taste the innovations that continue to establish this historic German manufacturer as one of personal audio's enduring greats.  Also view all of Sennheiser's other releases here, or check out our other earphones here.

    Campfire Andromeda (2020)

How many times can a classic be reborn, over and over again? We herald the arrival of another Andromeda by Campfire Audio. It's a recipe Ken Ball has perfected since it wowed Head-Fi for the first time in 2016, and Twister6 says 2020 sees this legend "give vocals more focus and improved definition, changing the signature to more balanced". [See Product Desc. For More] It's a pocket miracle of soundstage, soaring highs and wow factor. Familiar elements return in its five balanced armatures and T.A.E.C., but throw out everything you thought you knew about it. The characters are the same, the script not so. This is an Andromeda fit for a brave new decade. Darko.Audio was left rummaging through his audiophile vocabulary to describe what he was hearing. Headfonics adds it's more complete than predecessors, potentially pleasing more ears. If Andromeda sounds like reason to get into the Campfire 2020 spirit then look out also for ARA and Solaris. iBasso IT07

iBasso Audio releasing a flagship UIEM is exciting, and certainly tuned for excitement is the brand-new IT07.  This seven-driver hybrid puts top quality components at your service, as a graphene dynamic driver for bass props up six premium Knowles balanced armatures. [See Product Desc. For More] IT07 proves its worth at the bottom and at the top of the spectrum, thrilling with its bass and treble performance. There's the option to dial these in further yet, with included interchangeable acoustic filters within reach to suit multiple sources, tastes and music genres. Tasteful emphasis of the frequency extremes flank a lucid and spacious mid-range performance that flows effortlessly, its liquidity reminiscent of AM05. Emotive vocals never risk being overshadowed.  Audio123 sees this as a legitimate step up from iBasso's previous IT04 in a comparison with today's popular flagship UIEMs. Headfonics has "no complaints because it does so many things very well ... Tesla driver can dig deep into the bass, the vocals sound very smooth and clear and the highs are clean and crisp with an overall balanced frequency response". MOONSTAR Reviews and Twister6 compare it favouribly with other flagships of its day, with IT07 holding its own against Meze's Rai Penta and 64 Audio's tia Trió, among the rest. An excellent stock cable terminated in balanced 2.5mm comes included, to work from the box with iBasso's DC01 USB-C DAC dongle, or one of our music players here.  // RECOMMENDED: Upgrade with the IBASSO CB16 if you're part of the 4.4mm club. Empire Ears Odin UIEMEmpire Ears Odin UIEM

    Empire Ears Odin UIEM

Empire Ears launched Odin as the cumulation of all their dreams. With development beginning in 2017, this 11-driver tri-brid pushed every boundary to firmly establish itself as the best IEM Dean and Jack Vang know how to build. Black Friday orders arrive in December 2021. READ ALSO Odin & Hero ultimate Empire Ears successors to Zeus Tuned with a linear frequency response in mind to complement the bass-driven Legend X, the Odin flanks five balanced armatures with dual W9+ dynamic drivers and four electrostatic drivers for the most complete, lucid sound ever heard. [See Product Desc. For More] Sheer audio resolution, particularly through the mid-range, was subsequently achieved. Even more remarkable is that that was not done at the expense of musicality or cohesiveness; the sweetness to the voices and instruments that populate the mid-ranges of your music has to be heard to be believed.  Cayin Audio's N6II/E02 and iBasso Audio's DX240 propels the frequency gamut along with force, as the DAP of choice to drive Odin's 3ohm load. No stone was left unturned in Odin's design. From PW Audio 1960 cable inclusion to thorough acoustic and crossover engineering, this Viking god is arguably Head-Fi's most complete flagship IEM. Spectacular sound awaits below bespoke, individually unique 'Bifrost' faceplates. Praise has been pouring in: Headfonia immediately elected Odin to its shortlist of best UIEM of 2020, while Twister6 hails this monolith as "the mashup of [Empire Ears] greatest hits". The Headphone List recommends it unabatedly "to those who crave a grand, towering sound ... the Odin will prove as much a technical masterclass as it is a riveting listen". Headfonics declare Odin "a technical beast bar none with masterful levels of control from the dual subwoofer configuration right up to that nuanced treble tuning". In a shoot-out with other flagships, Positive Feedback crowned this a "transparency and sound-staging champion". Odin can also be bought in custom (CIEM) form. Also view the rest of our Empire Ears line-up here, or check out our other IEMs here.

    Empire Ears Bravado II UIEM

Bravado II is the sound of maturity. Two years of extra development saw Empire Ears up the resolution in all aspects at their point of entry, giving this evolution the electrostatic treatment that yields reference detail and a tastefully linear frequency response. READ ALSO Bravado & ESR MKIIs the people's heroes from Empire Ears [See Product Desc. For More] This champ's bass-driven presentation keeps life going on down low. It earns its stripes, literally, with a premium 'Deep Field' faceplate.  The Advance cable from Nobunaga Labs adds a further touch of sweetness and presence to the mid-range. And iOS Lightning or Android USB-C users will enjoy Ikko's Zerda as an immediately audible upgrade. Two electrostatic driver units join the proven platform that was the original Bravado's dynamic driver and balanced armature, making this possibly Head-Fi's most compelling entry level tri-brid option.  It's no wonder Twister6 calls Bravado II "Legend X junior", Headfonics echoing it's one of the hardest-hitting releases recently. Headfonia recommends it for those who seek "a bass monster and want to feel the bass".
